Qualifications STNA license is preferred High School Diploma or GED Experience in activities department in a healthcare setting or equivalent is helpful Responsibility of communicating to residents the daily activities, helping residents to activities, doing daily documentation and helping with miscellaneous duties that the Activity Director brings forth.
