30am Summary of Essential Duties Perform general interior cleaning as directed by management of all Klaben buildings in Kent.
Cleaning duties include but are not limited to broom and mop floors, sweep carpet, dust dealership furniture and appliances, empty trash, fill supplies, clean counter tops, sinks, fixtures; clean restroom floors, stalls and fixtures.
Clean glass doors and pay special attention to areas frequented by customers such as refreshment centers, entry doors, welcome desk, etc.
immediately observable by customers when arriving at facility.
What We Are Seeking Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Prior custodial experience or training preferred.
Reliability, ability and willingness to follow instructions and desire for good hard work is required.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds with assistance.
Valid driver's license and unrestricted insurability under Klaben policy maintained throughout employment.
