Is familiar with medical terminology Has at least once year experience with long term care admissions experience and comfort with running and reviewing benefits & eligibility experience and comfort with obtaining authorization from managed care insurances for nursing home stay Must be proficient with Microsoft office products Must have prior experience in long term care Has prior experience in customer service This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the healthcare field in a non-clinical role.
This position will be responsible for completing inquiry calls with hospitals and families, will greet families and new residents, will complete facility tours and admissions paperwork.
We are looking for this person to ensure consistent and effective process for coordination of admissions, bed management, and customer service in our community.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
