Preparation of Federal and multi-state returns. Prepares separate company and consolidated tax provisions, including related footnotes and journal entries. Maintains, updates and reconciles current and deferred tax accounts. Assist with consolidated tax provisions and reconciliation of current and deferred accounts. Technical tax matter research to provide solution-focused responses to issues. Assists with income tax audits and correspondence. Provide income tax audit support. Be aware of tax-saving initiatives. Preferred Qualifications for the Tax Accountant role:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 3
